Embracing The Roots

So, this past Sunday, I decided to embrace my roots and rock an Ankara dress to church. I attended a Nigerian church for a special five hour worship service. The incredible Lara George performed a few of her gospel hits so did the amazing Seyi Alesh. I was truly blessed :)

The style was inspired by a look I found online almost a year ago.
The ankara fabric was courtesy my mum and the dress was made in Nigeria. I went all out and had three outfits made with the same fabric. You can check my old post here
