“Lay Me Down” by Sam Smith is the best song I have heard all year!
Who is Sam Smith?
Just like you, I had no clue who he was up until an hour ago. I was listening to my Pandora “Today’s Hit” playlist when an incredible voice came on. I clicked on the Pandora Tab on my PC, and I see it’s a track titled “la la la” by Naughty Boy… Still puzzled, I decided to do a google search on Naughty Boy & the Sam Smith lad! I immediately found a video of his “Lay Me Down” SNL performance online. His voice is INCREDIBLE! It’s rare for a song to almost put me to tears. “Lay Me Down” is such a powerful song!
Needless to say, I downloaded the song on Itunes and it’s been on replay all afternoon. 🙂 Oh!! and I am following him on instagram

Sam Smith is an Englist Singer-Songwriter. Born on May 19 1992.Sam started performing as a child and rose to fame in October 2012 when he featured on Disclosure’s breakthrough single “Latch”, which peaked at number eleven on the UK chart. He was also featured on Naughty Boy’s “La La La” which arned him his first number one single in May 2013.
